At Iris Galerie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and custom iris photography prints. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile artwork and frames are adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
