What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-ordered furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Yes, Iris Galerie ships to over 50 countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Iris Galerie furniture includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
